The other day it was soooo cold in NYC. The forecast was for 19 degrees, but it felt like 5 degrees with the wind chill (cooler than a polar bear's toenails). Always on the lookout for fashionable people, I spotted this chick on the way to the train. She was nice enough to stop, in the cold, to take this pic:
She looks cold, yet cool. The belt on her coat, paired with her funky boots and equally funky hairstyle screamed style. I also liked how her Puma Bag was really cute, yet unpretentious. I guess you don't need a big label bag to look fabulous:)
