I would say Ashanti . . . but that stupid facial expression ruined it. I think it's between Beyonce and Queen Latifa. It's kind of ironic that their looks appear similar.
My vote is for Rihanna. As usual she looked stylish, fashionable AND original. And worst dress of the week is a tie between Ashanti (and her cartoonish looking self) and Elise Neal who looked so absolutely sloppy (unless she's going for the sloppy-grunge-chic look).
It's between Beyonce and Rihanna. Queen is a close runner up. I can't believe you even put Elise in this category. She she be worst dressed. I love the color that Garcelle is wearing, def making a statement. Ashanti and Dawn look average, nothing special or exciting about either outfit.
That is so easy...Queen Latifah. She had glow, fur and cleavage. What else do you need to make a more perfect outfit?
