Now his readers get to see his pictures in print form, with a 500 page book set to hit bookshelves in September 2009.Now that bloggers are inking book deals, the little wheels in my head are turning. Would y'all buy a book on black style?
I would love to see a book of black designs or even street fashion shot by black photographers! I think the ephemeral nature of contemporary fashion is more suited to magazines or blogs; a book, something that lasts, would have to be about style for me to buy it, and, really, only if black photographers get some play! As few publications as they are, we are always the subjects, rarely the makers.
