Hot! or Hmm...:Keyshia Cole at Chateau Marmont

Last night budding style maven Keyshia Cole hosted a Vanity Fair party at Hollywood's Chateau Marmont...
As the hostess with the mostest, she chose to don a strapless metallic number from Lebanese designer Basil Soda's Spring/Summer 2009 collection...

I'm a sucker for a strapless, and this dress strikes a balance between classic and edgy. In short, she looks hot!
What do you think?
Pssst, here's a pic of the dress straight from the runway:

I love this dress. I don't know if it was the right look for Keisha though. I mean her style is coming along quite well. But i think it would have been a better match for a more established Fashionista. I'll still give an A for effort. Make that an A- she should have used some body makeup on those horrible tatoos. It brings the look down a few knotches.

no tats please:(

she looks great! i'm not too keen on the amount of jewels that were used, but the dress is awesome....

the tats do little, if nothing, to hinder her glam look....

nice champagne color too

Love the dress. She looks fantastic, although I must admit the sheer size of her tattoos is distracting. And I like her hair better when it's shorter. She still looks great, though.

I am really feeling her newly bobbed hair, but I feel like all of her fashion choices of late, are 'wearing her' versus the other way around. Her stylist needs to find a happy medium of glam looks that compliment the Keisha we have come to know and love... a hmm for me ( on her anyway)

I love her new fab hairstyle, but I feel this dress made her look top-heavy. Maybe some bolero jackets like some of these: http://is.gd/ixPq would work beautifully. It's winter (even in LA) ya know! Her eye makeup is also awesome.

Love the dress but as long as she has those tattoos, she will never be on the classic side of the classic/ edgy line. It totally cheapens the dress.

I love the color of the dress but that's about all I'm really feeling.

Absolutely STUNNING!!! Keyshia has come a long way. She must have a new budding stylist giving her a little fashion boost! :)

LOVE everything about it, even her tattoos aren't offending me, but it's a shame about her hair, NOT working with everything else.

she looks really cute and i'm loving the dress. i see no point in commenting on her tatoos, esp b/c they aren't going anywhere. it's not like she can take them off...her eye makeup is gorgeous

I'm not the biggest fan of keisha... and I want her tv show to be taken off the air.

BUT SHE LOOKS AMAZING! I have never seen her look so gorgeous and elite.
